Terms of Service and EULA

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement govern access to and use of rvMaster software, websites, documentation, support, and related services. By using rvMaster, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, rvMaster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal RV park business operations.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse rvMaster, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer the software except where law permits, or use rvMaster to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of data you enter into rvMaster. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, and use of your business data. rvMaster may process data to provide software, support, security, and authorized integrations.

5. QuickBooks Integration

QuickBooks Online integration requires authorization through Intuit. You are responsible for granting, reviewing, and revoking access to your QuickBooks company. rvMaster is not Intuit, QuickBooks, or an accounting firm and does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

6. Payments and Availability

Pricing, billing terms, trial periods, support levels, and distribution availability may be provided in a separate order, invoice, or written agreement.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

rvMaster is provided according to the applicable order or agreement and otherwise on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for rvMaster during the period stated in the final reviewed agreement.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, you should export or preserve needed business records according to your own retention requirements.
